All MEP designs are reviewed against architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes early. BIM-based coordination on complex projects.

Material Approval Discipline
Every material is submitted, reviewed and approved before procurement. No site-improvised substitutions, no late-stage rework.

Trained, Certified Workforce
Technicians hold trade certifications and undergo regular refresher training. Site supervisors are graduate engineers with minimum five years of UAE experience.

Inspection & Testing Protocol
Documented ITPs for every system. Insulation resistance, pressure tests, flow balancing, function tests — all witnessed and signed.

Commissioning & Handover
Structured commissioning leading to a complete O&M dossier — as-built drawings, test reports, manufacturer manuals, warranty certificates.

Post-Handover Support
A 12-month Defects Liability Period with dedicated after-sales support to ensure the continued performance of all installed MEP systems.
Section 11 — Project methodology
Six phases, every project
Initiation
Tender review, scope clarification, pre-qualification, contract negotiation, kick-off meeting and project organization.
Design Coordination
Shop drawings, BIM coordination, clash detection with architectural and structural disciplines, material submittals and approvals.
Procurement
Supplier evaluation, vendor approvals, purchase ordering, expediting, receipt inspection and warehouse management.
Installation
Method statements, risk assessments, site execution under qualified supervision, daily progress and HSE reporting.
Testing & Commissioning
Inspection & Test Plans, witnessed testing, third-party validation where required, balancing, calibration and authority inspections.
Handover & Warranty
As-built drawings, O&M manuals, training of client team, warranty period support and 12-month defect liability.
